See the thing is that I'm stuck in my trail all night, and unless people pay the $7 to get into my trail I don't get the chance to scare them. I always went on break after the "Awakening" which is when Dr. Fright gets awoken by the Ghoul Master. For break I always went to the Backstage Diner, but the only way to get there is by going through the park. That was my favorite part because that meant that I was able to scare the general public.
I also loved getting my make up done. It only takes about 5 to 10 minutes for them to get the face prosthetic on and paint it. My face prosthetic was boils, and after the 1st weekend they started to make the boils pus covered. The funniest part of the make up had to be the pus because all it was was personal lubricant with some yellow and green paint mixed in. I always went to the same make up artist, Jessie, and after a while you get more comfortable with them, so you wind up participating in their conversations which can get a little out of hand sometimes. Jessie always made me look so disgusting that a few of the people who I would sit with during break, all of whom were ghouls themselves, felt like they were going to throw up if they continued to look at me while they ate.
I had a lot of fun "Scaring the living daylights out of mortals", and I hope to go back to work there as a ghoul every Octoberr for years to come.
