Thanksgiving Story

I remember, when I was younger, proably when I was about eight years old. Thanksgiving was going to take place at my grandma's house. At the time I lived in Jersey City, New Jersey and my grandma lived in Sicklerville,South Jersey. Family was coming from every where; Jersey City, Manhatten, New York, Maryland, and Bronx, New York. This was one of the best thanksgiving ever because all the family members were together. We had a big turkey, ham, sweet potatoes, collard greens, mac and cheese, cranberry sauce, string beans, rice, gravy, stuffing, potatoe salad, roast beef, sweet potatoe pie, apple pie, good cakes, egg nog, etc. The food was so good that we all just kept eating and eating until eventually, there was barely any food left. Even when we were stuffed we still kept on trying to eat. After eating we all just sat around the table talking, laughing, telling stories, even playing games. I remember me and my cousins were acting like we were a army after eating. Then we played tag while our parents were telling us to running around the house. It was so fun because my grandmas house is big so therefore it was a lot of running space.
