the rules and standards are very simuilar to 1984 and the book is very strict just as well as the story. because the story is made from strict thoughts like these bills.the rules of SOPA are simular(Provisions include the requesting of court orders to bar advertising networks and payment facilities from conducting business with infringing websites, and search engines from linking to the sites, and court orders requiring Internet service providers to block access to the sites.
