if i was to see lakshmi on train i would have approached her and started to talk to her and ask where she is from. then i would start to wonder who she is with and why. once i found out she was going to be a maid i would have told her maybe she could be getting sold to a whore house so somebody can make money off her from having sex.and maybe she would have noticed that was acctually happening and could have ran off somewhere and ended up having a better life instead of being trapt where she is. and when the guy she is with is sleeping she could hav got off at the next stop and prevented everything from happening.
