A person that had power in my eyes is the merciless Stalin who ruled the Solviet Union from 1927 till 1953 the man had power for 30 years and killed 20 million people Stalin was one of the longest leads that I have ever heard of. There is a reason why I think Stalin had power it is because he ruled the Solviet Union over a long peroid of time
