I think close reading is an important skill because it can help you comprehend on all u read. Reading is very important and you can be reading and if you’re not really closely reading you would never grasp the full concept of the reading. You know if you never know whets fully going on in your reading then when it comes to test and question you’ll never be able to answer the questions based on the reading because you didn’t follow it closely. In order to answer or comprehend to the reading you need to really read closely and see exactly how the reading is really important; especially if you have an upcoming test; which would defiantly benefit you in the moment from the reading. Mainly in college this is much needed this is a skill that most college students would really need to become a graduated student in college. Close reading in college is very benifitual and would help you in the long run down the road specially on college test and most college question your instructed gives you, so using the right reading is what all people should practice on a natural base to become proficient in close reading.
