The word power means having control over situations and people. Such as the government they have a lot of power over the united states,because they can enforce rules,bills,and laws. They take it upon them self's without the peoples thought or opinion in the feelings or how might it affect some one's life. The other one is having power over another human such as bullying and telling them they are worthless,or to make them believe anything you have to say,when you know the truth behind it all. Power can be used in good ways as well,such as saying something positive and standing behind it like raising money for school,or people that have a sickness. With this kind of attitude people will want to stand by your side and help and it is power for the good not evil.
