What does it mean to be an adult?

To be an adult means to be working paying your own bills. Leaving in you own place, and not living with your parents. Being able to make right decision and not wrong. Making a mistake once and not twice, because a second mistake is a choice. It also means to be independent and not having to depend on others to help you. Don't get me wrong needing help isn't always a bad thing but being able to give back to that person is another. Being mature is also another way of showing that your an adult. Taking your responsibilities for your mistakes or actions can be another example of being an adult.
