Its very hot in school and its hard for me to stay awake in english class

 I cant wait for this weekend because im am going to get the hood of my car painted

Last night I was very tired because i didnt get any sleep the night befor last.

I couldnt eat even though i was hungry.

What i think power mean to have the strenght to do anything you want and not qet in trouble. Another meaning is eletric when you use to much light or electronic that would involve power. If we use to much power we would not have power in the furture at all. Power can mean other things to like magic. When you use your magic to make somebody look like a rat or when you can go back into time or help somebody with a problem.

Power can mean eletric ligths because it using a lot of power went you keep it on for a lot off time. Just like computers people be on the computer for a long time doing anything the want but the dont knw the they are using a lot of power just on the computer. For me power mean everything the is eletric because power is everything the is plug in. Like for example televion, the a.c , ligths, in also your on cell phone is eletric because you used that most of the time. If you wont it had power you wont had energy in thats power. If you wont had electronic you dont had power at all because you would need your power for everything the is eletric in your house or work. To be clearly "POWER" is eletric stuff the you have too plug in for you can had power because if not it wouldt work or turn on. I know the some people think the power is a super hero or something cool. In yeah it is because you used power every single day of your life.

Facebook is starting to get pretty stalker-ish. I know there was rumors about pricing to be a member but I watched a special on the creator, Mark Zuckerburg and he announced that the pricing was just another hoax, most likely made by someone who was working for myspace. He also said there will be way more changes to fb very soon and that the fb he sees in the future of the cyber world will be a very different one then today. Facebook has been named an obsession and in Marks words "An epidemic in the highschool and college life." But it doesn't stop there he says, Facebook is being picked up by many business people and government people around the U.S. Facts Even the White House now has an Official fb and plans to use it to promote campaigns in the near future. Just incase you didn't know, over 78000 different police stations have facebooks around the U.S. and have been using this simple profile viewer site to solve, stop, and prevent crimes and investigations. There has been reports of students with full scholarships to schools being rejected because of different rerasons all having to do with facebook. Please watch what you put on the internet.

Power means having the ability to do what needs to be done even though it may have some bad consequences.  When people have too much power they become corrupt. The President is one person, in the White House, who needs to have good self control due to the power that his job entitles him. Unfortunately there are people in this world who can't control the power that is presented to them.

What Does POWER mean?

Power can mean a lot of different things. It can mean having the ability to do or act, political or national strength wise, or the possession of control over others. You have to gain power in order to do those things I just listed. Power can sometimes be a good thing or a bad thing. An example for good power can be leading people in the right direction in life. Telling them the right things to do and not the wrong things. An example for a bad power is telling the person to do something you know is wrong but don’t care. Letting them fall off into a bad situation and not helping, but knowing that you told that person to do that certain thing.I believe that only certain people should be able to have power especially if it’s over a whole country. They should be respectful to other people opinions, and well educated. So therefore i believe that power can go both ways in life.

I Think males have more powerful because the can control the females all times. Males have more rights than females and they can do more stuff than female can do in life. Back in the days males have to be the one coming home from work and females are taking care of the kids and the house , so that means males have more powerful because they bring food in the table not the women’s. But females should get treated like males because they both have individual equal parts. Now days it goes both way females can do whatever they want and have legal rights to do the same jobs as males.

What "Power" means to me

To me, and to other people, the word "power" has several definations. Some see the word power and think of comic book superheros. Others think of positions in government, where they would have a position of power over other people. Because alot of people in this world see power this way that think only about themselfes, they tend to end up hurting alot of people in order to attain that kind of power. I believe that no one should have that kind of power over someone else's life, that's what corrupts people.

Power is what drives the human way of life. From the start we learn the balance of power, the chain of command. From the second we learn of that chain to the day we died we strive to become the master link. But my question is we fight so hard for what? Because to me, power is nothing more then the measure of one's bank account. Don't get me wrong I'm fully aware that money makes the world go round, how ever i don't see the point of spending your whole life fighting for something that means nothing when you die. Whats is Power? Power is the emotion that makes you think you can do whatever you want. People dont have power they only have a certain amount of strength. I will give youy four great examples explaining about power.
Ex:1 Super man goes flying around town because he is super human.
Ex:2 Spider man learns his power after he gets bit by a black widow spider
Ex:3 Super man does not get hurt from gun shots.
Ex:4 Spider man swings from building to building to get home.
Now these are great examples of what power really is but it is impossible to get powers like these people on T.v. got them. Superman got it from a mysterious planet called krypton. Also spiderman got bit by one of the most poisines spider in the world. Now if you got bit by any kind of spider you would basically die if you dont get to a doctor fast enough. Even if you do survive a poisines spider bite you wouldnt be able to shoot webs out of your wrist. Then with the superman power you cant go from one side of the solar system to the other side and survive with out air and if you possibly made it you wouldnt survive the big impact you made when you hit the earth. So what power means to me is strength and when you get angry you get adreniline. So there is no such thing as a "super human" and so this is what power means to me. Thank you for listening. Power is control that you have over someone or something. I have power over my little brothers because im older then them. My parents have power over me because they are my care takers. Anyone in law enforcement has more power then the average person would. One big way to get power is when you obtain alot of money. When you are the riches person in the room you can usually control what you wanna do or even what someone else does with money. People use their money to buy their way out of problems. You dont have to be rich to have power. Someone how black mails some one will have power over them. A person can even brain wash another person into to believing or doing whatever they want. That is a type of control that happens with parents or even priest. Some will take longer then others to achieve any kind of power. Some people are born with power as a child. No matter what the case is power is achievible by anyone.

Superman explains "what is power"

What does the word power mean to you? This is a good question considering everyone will have a different explanation. In many cases people will explain power as the president. I don’t see power as this though. I see power as the ability to run, communicate, and be loved for something you do. What I am trying to say is just say you go to school and you are chosen to run the class in an experiment. Running the class is not the power. The power comes after you did so and what the reaction is from the crowed on if you did a good job or not. I feel if the job that put you in power for an extended amount of time was a failure than you where never granted power at all. This is what I believe power is and why I feel the way I do. Fighting for rights is power even though its not the right proccess of you taking over someone or something but it’s also right because your fighting for something you believe in . See i believe in money,power, and respect. A rapper by the name of lil kim wrote a song about it. She said first you get the money , than you get the power, and then people will start to respect you. So basically when you have money you have power, because you can afford to do whatever you want. Once you have power people will start to respect you, because people tend to respect those of higher power than themselves. Depending on your perspective, people may tend to disrespectful just because you have money. However, I believe that power is the best thing a man could have after an education of course. Sometimes people use their power in the wrong way , such as Hitler. Now someone like Barack Obama uses his power and his intellegence to run the united states and that together is a wonderful thing. today is friday and mr smith wants us to explain what power means to me. power just basically means that you have control, or there is control. and what i mean by that is say for example someone is a boss over at a big construction site. he gives the orders and all the commands and they say that he has the power. that is basically saying that he controls the whole operations. that is what power means in mi eyes.

My mother also told me that being a adult is lots of work because got take care your family whole and also pay the bills round the house . Course you need a job to get that money to support the family . While i was young my mother told me to stay in child places but when i turn 18teen that's when you are a young adult and ready to be on your own . Until than you choice to except the responsibility you aint an adult . After all this the real world and get ready for it .

Being an adult means that there are a lot of responsibility. And one of those responsibility means that you have to go to work every day because adults have to pay bills like cell phone bills, car insurance, gas, electric bills,water. Being an adult also means that you have to be more cautious of what you do because your an adult. Its not easy to be an adult. Actually i heard that it is stress full being an adult. And the adults wish they was a kids. They always tell me not to rush to be an adult because I'm going to miss being a kid. They also said have fun being a kid. to me being an adult means being free.free to do any an everything you want to do .for example you can stay out late or go on road trips without hearing moms mouth.you can breath an think smooth an nice also quiet.but you will also have responsibility's to take care of like your car notes or house bills food s coast all the coast of living doing taxes all that stuff that gets on your nerves.being independent is also a big part of the adult life once you leave the house with mommy theirs no going back calling on them.you have to be able to financially take care of your self your needs but also your bills.then if you have kids toys an junk they need.also always have money put away for emergency use only because you never know when a bad snow storm or any storm may come threw so just being an adult your job is to be alert of everything.when you are an adult you must have money to meet your needs.because we are adults we need to act like it.

it means to have responsibilites and have finances and owning your own stuff and to be able to take care of yourself and establish things without your parents. and to become responsible to move on with your life and build your family so you wont have live off of your parents money and house you can afford your own with a good job taking what you learn in school and making something out of yourself in future to become what you want to be. you can also have your own car then you wont have to ask people for rides you can just get in your own car go to work . party anywhere. just because you are an adult you still have laws to follow in this society just like kids have to follow rules its also okay to break rules once in awhile but not all the time. adults have to make sure that the kids are getting there education and to becareful with babys when watching them because they know the babys will try to eat anything they see at first sight.

Have to go out and get a job and go to work everyday also pay bills. Although you can do what you want when you want that's the good thing. Some people who are living the adult life have it good but some don't. Some people cant make it on their own move back in with their mom and dad. If you come an adult you will know. You will have to do everything and feel like everything is on you. People have to do stuff on their own and they have never done it before. Its hard being an adult, adults have kids and you have to take care of them. You have to work a lot to get the money for the kids to grow up .

While the idea of being an adult might idolized by small children, I myself see growing up to be a nusense. To the young, being an adult means being able to do what you want, when you want. You no longer have anyone to tell you "you can't do that" or "you're too young for that". But at the same time, that also means that all of the difficult choices that were once made for you, you now have to decide on your own. Growing up also means that you now have responsibilities to almost everyone around you, and yourself. peronally I would rather have less freedom and no responsibilities than to have to constantly worry about everything.

If you thought that being an adult would be easy, you were wrong. Adults have to deal with a lot more than kids can imagine.  Adults who don't have jobs that pay enough to cover everything have to figure out different ways to accumulate the money from other places. They have to make sure that all the bills get paid to continue living in their house. Most of them feel the need to keep their kids happy which usually means that they will spend money on them to keep them satisfied.

Kids require a lot from their parents. This puts added stress on the parents already stressful day. Depending on what the child likes to do, the parent might spend extra money on their kid so that they can take a class. Life as an adult is one that I can honestly admit that I don't want during this time of my life; nor would I want to live it in this economy.

Being an adult has many meanings one of the meanings are u have to mature. This means you have to get a job and pay bills.When you become an adult u usually have kids and have to support them and ur wife. Their are many responsibilties that come with growing up. im 18 and i have many thing that i have to pay for like my phone bill, car insurence, and gas. I make like $400 a week and it all goes twords my car insurence gas and phone bill. Next im gonna be paying for a house witch is alot of money so growing uphave alot of stuff u have to worry about.

Being a adult means you are someone with responsiblities. As a adult my dad makes sure everything in the house hold is good. If the power goes out then he makes sure it gets turned back on. When the family needs more food he goes to the stores and buys some food. When you are a adult one of the biggest requirements is having a job to provide for yourself and your family. If you are a women then you might end you being a stay at home mother. I still consider this a job bvecause taking care of children is not easy. Every child acts differently and depending on how good or bad they behave will determine how easy it is to take care of them. When taking care of a child you will still have to make sure they are taught how to eat properly and talk properly. They will have to learn how to treat other rights because if they dont they will be a kid nobody wants to be friends with. Being adult takes alot but it can be very rewarding.

To me being an adult means a lot more than just “a person of a certain age.” To be an adult, to me, means being some one that can be responsible enough to handle what life throws at them. Someone that can make the right decision on their own. Someone who takes responsibility for their actions no matter what the consequences. They would step up to the plate even though they had no bat to swing with. To me an adult is someone that spent their life learning from their mistakes, while still making some. But most importantly they respect others while demanding their respect not because they are adults but because then earn it.

What it feels like to be an adult..
A few different thoughts come to mind, but honestly I'm not completely an adult yet. As a young adult, I feel like I only have a few responsibilities and I feel just a little dependant on my parents and the ones that live around me. I know some people, mostly younger, that want to grow up so fast, but I also know many seniors that do not want to be an adult at all and they feel like they are growing up way too fast. I've seen first hand how that feeling can be very overwhelming. Personally I know that everyone has to grow up and I'm ready to take on the responibility of being an adult. I plan on going to a four year college and I was told theres nothing better to help you grow up then to basically be on your own where every single one of your decisions has an effect on how you make out everyday of your life.

What i learned about my self this week is that when its time to take quizzes i get nervous and I dont take my time. I rush through the quiz instead of taking my time. And thats not good for me cause it causes me to get bad grades in class and i dont need to be getting bad grades. Because this is my last year in high school. And i should be trying my hardest at all time. But my english teacher told me to recheck my quiz and i did and i had a lot of mistakes that did when i was rushin. wow i just got good news from my english teacher and i got a 104 on my quiz.

this week at ccts was easy proud to be in the 12th grade 2012 haha.in mr.smiths class i think the writing ws easy loving it thow cause i dont like alot of work i think it got a little hard at the end but for the most it was easy i kind of enjoy being in his class we have alot of fun an i look forword to are school year.i do think i got better at my subjects an verbs too my queiz grade a 100 lets go. i need to look things over more carefully.i think its a healthy work invirement also peaple say he is a good teacher.with his class i think ima do good.hes not a hard going person you just gotta do work he even sometimes let us use are ipods in class its a loving thing you dont find many teachers like that hes a good one

i learned about my self that i dont need everybody to help me if i think hard enuff & try it on my own i can get it i also learned about subjects verbs it was hard but as mr smith helped me i got the hang of it i tryed my hardest and now i get it and i leanr more & more about subjects and verbs everyday it was hard in the beginin but as i got help and forced my self to do it i knew i could do it it was kinda wierd cause i had a sentence and you had to point out the subject and the verb , but its tricky because you have to underline the subject which is likee , what you talking about like the gerl is very shy you will underline the gerl and circle is cause she is very shy and underline the girl cause thats whos shy

Well learning this week about blogging was ok, im getting better on my technique when it comes down to spelling and writing sentences. I learned alot of things about verbs and subjects it was a small step of what i hope is a good and long successful process. I also learned that I never really payed Subjects and verbs any mind.I think me being who i am i was lookin forward to learning new stuff,even though i learn this partialy, I think its a new step is good but i would like more challenging aspects so hopefully when i go to College I can be proficient.

i learn how the subject tells you how and what you are doing something and i learn how to do alot of things just by listening and learning just like i learn how to say this new word which was pretty hard to sound out but i figured it out just by resaying it. and i been praciting on my subjects and verbs to see if i really knew them and it turnt out that i knew them alot but could improve more though I am already good at it I would like improve my skills so that way I could just know it in my head so when I write the senctences I can just underline the subjects and circle the verbs. As a learner what i learn this week is about Subjects and Verbs. I think that i need to inprove more so that i can learn more about what i had to know or what i am doing in class. Like yesterday, we took a quiz on it in i didt did that bad i got a 86% because i pratice everyday with MR.SMITH because he want the best for me so i can never,never give up at all. Thats why i always try my harders becuase you never knwo went you will take a quiz or went u need to used that. In all my classes i try my harders because i want good grades , because this is my last year in i need to do better than what i did last year & all my life thats why im a person the can never give up so easy because i not that tape of person the just give up and do not put there head up in try again they not had to do great but okay.

if someone offered me a million dollars to get straight A's i would study every day come early to each and every class.i would have better behavior basically i would do my best to maintain a A average . i wish we really could get paid for coming to school i would be such a perfect student .

how to learn for 1 million dollers

if i had the chance to get 1 million dollers to get straight As in all my classes i would try to study harder focus more and try to understand the work better. i wouldnt be late to none of my classes and i would try to make it to school everyday. having the change to get 1 mill. would keep mealot more modivated to succeed. at home i would try to get to know the subject better and take notes. i would read up on the the subject too and understand what i can.

How would i keep my grades up for a million dollars

If someone had offer keeonda a million dollars to keep her grades up How would she do it . I would study all kinds of subjects in make sure I'm on the wright track in school. Learn more about math history & L.A.L. for history i would study more about the history books in find out what had happend back in the early 1900's. math i would learn how to do more irrational & rational numbers in equations that i need help on. And for L.A.L i would study more on my nouns in verbs i would try to keep a's and if not b's in that is what i would do if i was offered a million dollars to keep my grades up.

What I learn about myself this week is I feel I am more confident in a bigger class then a smaller class I feel being in a class with 15 to 20 kids should and will prepare me from collage and or military life. this is my first year being in a class with more than 6 people and at first I felt overwhelmed but this week I feel as I get use to it I am more confident in my work and myself and in English iam happy am wrighting blogs and using the computer instead of read 180.This is what I learn this week and I hope to learn more as my senior year goes on try to inprove the things i know am not good at.

Over the past week i have learned a lot of new info. whether it was in Math, Spanish or English. But most impartially i learned more about myself and the way that i learn. The main thing that i have learned was the fact that I'm very lazy. my hole work ethic s lazy, I'm to lazy to write for notes, to lazy to read the assignment, and even to lazy to pay attention in class. The work that i have been assigned was not hard at all, but simply i am just to lazy to get the work done. I have also notice how big a problem my laziness has become. My laziness stops me form not only getting my work on in time but it stops me form even getting to class on time. That is way in the next few weeks i plan on working to put a stop to all my laziness.

What I Learned About Myself

What I learned about myself this week was that I don't hate English classes depending on who is teaching me. The last two years I had this teacher who I despised, and when he tried to teach me I wasn't willing to listen to what he had to say to me. He also didn't really do any teaching. I also found out that I have a mini addiction to this one type of pencil. I had it for the first couple days but then I lost it and I was going crazy trying to find it at my house. Eventually I just went out to Staples and got a new set. I started using them today and they made me so happy because they work better than the one I had to use after losing the first one. So overall I didn't really learn that much about myself this week that I didn't previously know.

what i learned is that im intelelgent last year i played around and this year im serious when u follow the rules you are in the class more to learn your education

The thing that i learned most about myself this week is how to use a sbject in a sentence and also how to compare it with a verb and also a being verb. I also think the quizzes that i take now are better and also alot easier then the test and quizzes i had to take in the past years. I am also better working with friends and people that i know instead of people that i dont know because then i get shy i start working bymyself instead of working with people i dont know. I am also very serious about this school year because it is my SR. year and freshman and all the other grades look up to us.

Subjects Nd Verbs

The week of September 15. I learn subjects and verbs means and how to use it all ways. My Teacher helps us all different ways to understand what are we doing on that week. The way i understand was keep practice over and over until its was stuck inside my head. It's help me to correct my grammar and be success in life. By the time i took the quiz it was pretty good all because my teacher kept pushing us to the right direction how to use subject and verbs the right way. But my problem that i had was finding the being verbs on the paragraph sheets. i just need to forced more and keeping up grades up . this week was pretty fun and learned many stuff bout subject and verbs.

As a learner this week, i found out that im math is still my worst subject. Though in video prductions, my shop, i figured out exactly how to use the brand new camera we jus got this year, i worked out all the problems and made sure that i knew the camera inside and out. In english class i noticed that i still love writing, i still have good comprehension, and i still take good quizzez. In family living i learned a lot more about how to have a healthy relationship, which beieve it or not is very helpful in the real world, we also learned how to keep a checkbook and spend money wisely. In science we did a lab where we learned how to calculate the mass and volume of different objects. Last but not least, i learned that as much as i dispise waking up at five thirty every morning, i still love schoool, i still love learning, and having new experiences!

This week their are a couple things i have learned. One thing i learned in spanish class is that if you dont pay attention you will be really confused when the teacher calls on you. English class has shown me How to expand sentences by switching the being verbs in a sentence with action verbs. Family living class taught me a few things about what type of person i am and what type of person i wana be with. History still bores me whenever im in there. My shop class is everything i thought it would be.The work in that class isnt very hard and the physical training is very easy for me. i have recently learned i will have to shave my beard off for the school year. This news has upset me a little bit but i think change is good. One last thing this week has taught me was that selling chocolate is better the selling chocolate. Customers think chocolate taste better which makes it sell alot faster.

During the week of September 12 in Mr.Smith class I have learned about myself was how to focuse and listen more and ask questions about what I did'nt understand. This helps in bettering my english and in my college essays to sound more educated.this will better my future in the real world i can also help other students who still don't understand the work or who just don't know it at all. I love helping people with things that they don't undestand or anything.

What I Learned About Myself

I learned that the more I listen in class and stay focus I learn more. I always pay attention but sometimes staying focus is the problem. when i lose focus everything that is being taught to me one day , i wont remember the next day. I actually learned alot in all of my classes since school started. I can stay focus but if I find the class or the assignment boring I tend to et distracted real easily. I have to stay focus in order to be able to keep up with the class, other wise everything Im learning throughout the week will go in one ear and out the other. I also learned that getting good grades is really up to you. Going into a class room and letting any and everything distract you will only hurt your grade. when you go to class with your mind set and a positive attitude it can really get you far. I always have alot of time left over to talk to my friends as long as I go into to the classroom and get straight to work. And this is everything I've learned about myself.

what i learned this week was about verbs and subjects. i learned how to identify what a verb and subject are. i learned that i am good at this. It was easy since i aready knew how to do it. The reason i know how to do it is because in the past 3 years of high school i learned how to do this. alot of the practice we did made me better at this type of this and the quiz we took showed me that i no what i am doing.

What I learned about myself

In the last few days I have learned allot of new things about myself. The first thing I learned is that I am lazy and need motivation to complete something. This includes every class. I also learned that have a teacher you like rather than having a teacher you hate helps the learning process because I can have fun and communicate with them while doing the assignment that was giving. I was always good at test taking and I realized that I still am as long as the test is hand written. If the test is a computer run test I lack skill because looking at a computer screen to long gives me a head ache. Another thing I learned this year is that if I stay focused I can improve on friend ships and school grades. This year seems to be going pretty good and if it continues to go like this it will easily be my best high school year.

im progessing alot with learning. paying attention & asking questions help me to better understand what im unsure of . i have mostly been reminded of thing that ive previously learned. i have partcipated in all the activities which help me get a different outlook of what we were learning. im confident with the things ive been taught the last few weeks, to the point that i could teach it to someone else. my opinon is that the activities, worksheets,& power points help me to further understand the topic i dont believe that i learned anything about my self. i already how i work & learn. im a visual learner. i learn best by seeing things, basicallly doing the activites that we do in this class. those things help me to take in more of the information that im being given. i thank my english teachers for helping me learn the best way i can. i feel like im progessing to the next level.

What I Learned

This week i learned that English comes to me pretty easily, i already knew most of what we learned this week except for the two different types of verbs, being and action verbs. I also learned how to better construct sentences using both action and being verbs, as well as how to find subject, nouns, and verbs in sentences. By me staying awake and paying attention durning class allowed me to do well on the test even though i didnt ask questions. i found the test to be fairly easy and my grade shows it, the only thing i got stuck on was the paragraph on the back because it was boring and i never had to rearrange sentences without using any being verbs. Luckly Mr. Smith counted the back as extra credit so it only helped my grade. Thats basically all i learned for this week, in this class.

LEARNING NEW THINGS

This week was kind of interesting, I learn how to lay a block.Tuesday I learn new words in Spanish.We was learning how to use verbs in past tense in my Spanish class.In history I learn primary source and secondary source . In English I learn about my self that i could study ,pay attention and participate .I notice that I could work hard.Also I could find grammar mistake.In math I notice that I know how to solve and find a equation. I also learn if I work hard i don't fall asleep. I also learn that working as a team could help you out in the future .In shop i was learn how to use a ruler to measure a brick and stones.I learn how review for a test.Learn to use being and actions.This what i learn new in school this week.

what i learned

dear blog, what i learned about myself in english class and during this week was a lot. i learned that i am a very quick learner. i also need to stay in control of my mind. lol. i always find myself wondering off. i can stay on task for as long as i have work set in front of me. but speaches i am not to good at. i mean i do sit their and i try my hardest to listen, but eventually my mind just drifts off and i think about something totally different. i didn't really learn nothing that i didn't already know. most of the topics i knew already i just forgot what they were. i did learn the difference between action and beings verbs. by the way today we had to do this web thing on this large peice of paper in a group. he made us write what we learned and what we need to work on. then he made us write I AM AWESOME!, in the middle box. now im sitting here writing this blog about what i learned this week.

Let me tell you what I learned about myself. Im a 18 year old still in High , Ive taken on task I wasnt able to finish . I tend to lose focuse and dont no how to say NO. English is my best subject only because i can express myself and no one will judge me . My grammer and spelling is like a five year old . Im a mother to be and trying my hardest to be the best so finishing school is my priority for me and my son. Ive learned that English is going to help me alot with my life and my dreams because i get to express loud and clear and people will hear me throw my words. My whole life have been a big mess and its only getting worse . Ive learned that if I write what i feel it will make a different , I learned that in english . Ive learn that im only one person and im human so i mkae mistakes to , but me trying to be perfect not gone change how i feel about myself .

This week I learned how to find out what’s a subject and verb and having me practice the activity I learned so much more about my self like things such as how to speak more proper , also how to talk more accurate when writing an essay, letter , or any type of writing objective . but I really feel appricated getting tought about subjects and verbs again.

When you are writing the most important thing is grammer besides spelling. When you apply to colleges they look at the way you spell and the grammer. Or even when you are appling for a job they look at that. If you are one of them people that love writing then you should really know how to use grammer and know how to spell. Some people could love to write but they dont because they dont know how to spell or use the grammer right just like me. I love writing poems but i stop because my grammer is not the best and my spelling is not the best either. It is good to pay attention in class or where ever you go because you learn something new every day. Just like in class we practice subjects and verbs and i paid attention to it. It was a good review and by me doing that the quiz we took i got 101 on it. Now i understand it is good to review stuff before you take a tst or quiz because you understand it more or you understand something you didnt dont understand.

What I learned this week. 9-16-2011

I learned this week that I still needed review with verbs and subject, because I had forgot some things about how to find them in a sentence. And about how words I like "is" or "are" are verbs also, they are called being verbs. I also learned that if I listen in class and do all my work I can get really good grades and learn alot. Other then that I did not learn much more. But I did like the class because it is not one of the boring classes that put you to sleep. And that helped me listen and not pull out my phone and stop listening. In other classes, like spanish, I learned that there were some words that I thought I knew the meaning of but I was wrong. But she told me some words I can find out the meaning by spiltting it up, and looking at the little parts. I think that will help me in both english class and spanish class.

What i learn about myself

i learn that noun and verb are very easy plus because l learn them alright i learn to write two word sentences . i go a 70 on my test i dont sleepy in class . English class is boring right now but i no everyboby. we dont need any school suppiles for english class . i took my first survey in english this year. i made a gmail account it took like 3 days to do it because the computer would nt let me in my yahoo. i in up writing my college essay on paper . time in class go by pretty quick .

What I Learned About Myself

I leanred that I prefer to work alone. I prefer this because I feel more comfortable and I don't have to depend on others to complete the work we don in class. I realized that I still need to work on know the subject and adjetive in difficult sentences.I honestly, learned that there are a lot of diffenent ways to write sentnces and that they don’t always have to be long, drawn out sentences. The problem that I think I have is changing a being verb into a action. I have a little problem with doing this because I wasn’t that creative what different words that can be used that deals with action. I did notice that I got a better understanding of different ways words can be but into sentenses. When it comes down to changing words or sentences around based on whether the word is singular and plural I think that is easy.

I learned alot this week, well some of it was review from years from before. What was somewhat new to me was re-writing paragraphs so that it only contains verbs. I also learned on how to make short simple sentences that contains both a subject and a verb. In the begining I thought I was bad at grammer but turns out Im pretty good, Im really not used to the whole grammer thing but since i payed attention in class and was focused when i took the take i got a pretty good grade. Im happy to say that Im understanding this more and more as we go furthr into it. Im actually really good with english so Im hoping that this year will be as easy as the years before. At first I was bored when I came to this class but its not as bad as I thought it would've been. When it comes to spelling and reading Im great at it, the only problem is that I hate reading out loud or being in front of the class. So Im hoping I dont have to do that this year at all.

What i Learned..

This week i lerned about sujects of a sentence and how the verbs in that sentence relate to it. I learned that a subject is the main noun of a sentence and if you arent able to find what the subject is,you ask yourself one easy question to help:
> what is _____ doing?
This week was really easy for me only because i have learned this before and this week was just a refresher. But now i know more about being verbs and how to use them so hopefully my writing skills will be more efficient.
On the quiz i recieved a 118 ! =) not only because i already knew some things about what we learned but because of all the practice we did together and individually. Im glad that we went over this and hope to use it more the correct way in all my writing not just for classes but for the other things as well like jobs.

english calss thing

what i learned a bout my self an learning grammar is that i compliantly suck. i don't do all so well on that test but o well its just a grade. i learned that there can be alot of 2 word sentences made bout stupid shit i do. i learned that i don't get all that board in English class. Mr smith is a pretty interesting teacher. he keeps the class up beat to try to keep us interested.

complete sentences

complete sentences are important cause it shows that you have eduacation and you know whatnyour talking about. it shows that the letter that your wrtting makes sence and helps the readers understand were your coming from and makes the story more intresting and exciting. if u dident have complete sentences and just wrote whatever it would look like one big mess and look like a third grader was just kearning how to write in complete sentences. and its important to that its in complete sentnces cause if you got an important letter in the mail and it dident look like complete sentences and it was for you to go somewhere important the u wouldent be able to go cause it not in complete sentences.

Is grammer important?

I think grammer is important because it will help people to get a good job in the future and it shows that you are well educated. When you go on a interview for a job and you speak with good grammer first thing the person thinks is that this guy seems to have a good education and knows how to speak to customers they will hire you right away. When you go to court and talk to the judge and you talk with good grammer it may help of getting out of trouble with the judge or maybe when you get pulled over by a cop

I Think is important to us correct grammar because it can get u better jobs,maybe can work at the front desk for the way u speak to others at work to people or in places you go.Correct grammar or the languae u speak can help in jobs or places if u speak diffrent languae,I think i will be better at home,school anywere you go because people will understand u better and will give you more respect now thats why i think correct grammar is right.

I agree that correct grammer is really important for many reasons because you could actually get far in life with college and a really good job you could meet really good people im not saying that people who dont have good grammer are not cool im just saying that grammer is really imprtant to many people it just shows what type of person they are

I agree grammer, is a big skill you need to have in life people need to understand you not only in school but also at jobs, meeting, and other personal places. if you dont talk clearly you wiil get no where in life. Today in class i talked about is gammer is important.I agreed that is was important because how would you ever get a job when you dont know how to talk right.People do not like any body that dont know how to talk cause how would you other people look at you. Cause i know that if i was to go out to like the mall or some where & go to one of the stores & one of the workers started to talk to me like i was on the street or some thing i would really not go back in that store just because of the way that the worker started to talk to me then.Then the boss if the store would want to know why his store is runing kinda slow & people would say well because one of your workers does know how to talk.

Grammer

Its important to use grammer because grammer is an everyday thing,if yourconstantly talking improper or slang you going get use to speak that way.If your with your friends or texting its ok but when your trying to present yourself infront of your college or job its not a goos way to present yourself cause then people are going to think your uneduacted.I know at times I can be home and my mom is very smart but its certain words she cant say with he acsent so im constabtly correcting her but yet still spell things wrong through text like yu for you sup for hey lmbo for laughing my butt and words like that,but there singers and acters and many other people that talk in proper and sing about things with bad grammer so maybe it all depends in the person and the way the choose to talk

A person that influence me on music

Music ,Music ,Music I love Music so much. I love all types of music. But what I love the most about music is the drums. And the person that influences me is Dennis Chambers, a professional drummer. Dennis Chamber is one of the best drummers. He does so many tricks with his drum sticks and keeps good rhythms playing the drums at the same time. Also his patterns on the drums are hard for people to do. He played for so many artists, and came out with his own records and sold millions of copies.

I am good drummer too. People calls me sticks and some calls me drummer boy. When people call me that it makes feel good about what I do. I don’t just stay at home and play the drums, I play at my church, my band, Concerts and different gigs. I just love what I do. I would like to become a professional drummer and be a producer. Now I see why Dennis Chambers love playing the drums so much.

Dennis Chambers thought Tony Royster Jr. a lot about the drums Dennis Chambers thought him what he knew. Now Tony Royster Jr. Is one of the best drummers now so I look up to Tony a lot because he is a younger drummer he also plays for different artist and concerts such as Jay-Z and mtv, bet awards he played the drums. And Tony has a very nice personality he always has a smile on his face he don’t give up. Tony also plays different type of styles of music.

I can connect to him a lot because I listen all types of music so that I can be a better drummer and I play different styles of music. Playing the drums is so fun and relaxing and very creative and hard this is why I look up to these drum artist.

My brother tell me the one day he will finish his senior year and go to college in he did i i’m very happy for my brother because he didt in he was sure about his self in i’m proud of him a lot. He tell me to follow his step in thats what i ’m doing because now i ’m in high school i will never give up i will keep trying my hard at all times. Right now i ’m a senior at Camden County Technical School i’m very happy about myself.I ‘m proud of my self for never give up and trying at all times just like i ‘m doing now. I know the if my brother will be living with me he will be so happy about me because he know the i‘m a person the is always trying on everything event if i didt know what to do. What i wish is to be with my brother for he can see what i had done this pass years.What im focus on is on my future in be the person the im now. well my cousin is a good role model on me because she does good she stays focus on her work and wants to be successful in life, i remember when she told me that she couldn't do the work she was going to fail unless she tried her best on the work, so she stayed in school and kept on trying her best to hurry up in graduate because she wants to move on with her life and get a job got to college & maybe someday she will get married. even tho she went thru all the drama the fighting being kicked out the house and getting a abortion she still kept her head high she said i will never give up on my work and the people i care about because i want to make something of myself. that's why i love her because she wont let nobody get in her way and she not about that drama she came to the school to get a education and get her degree so she can move out and get her whole place and pay her own bills. she wants to be responsible for her own stuff and maybe someday she can tell her own kids about the college life and how it affects everybody around you if you don't try your best at something you will never be anything so i suggest all the kids should just stay in school and get their education and maybe someday they can be like what they mother s are successful in life.

There was this time when i slept over my cousin house . she introduce me to her boyfriend his name was johnny .me and him became real close friends just like bro and sis blood couldn't make us any closer . me and him used to walk all the way from down town to fairaview in the snow to go to my cousin house . it was so cold outside. i could tell he really loved and cared for my cousin and she felt the same for him Evan Though they Had there difference. we used to chill alot i remember we had a snow ball fight his aim was on point and eat candy in my aunts living room watching music videos .fun times we had together moment ill will never forget .one day one of my friends that i haven't talk to in awhile message me on facebook saying that johnny got shot . so i called my cousin to see if it was true come to find out he did so i went to cooper hospital he was on life support i couldn't believe what was happening it felt like a living nightmare . i pray every night that he will make it i put a smile on my face and did my best in school .then June 24 came and god took him away from us i remember like it was yesterday i was in swimming class and my little sister called me crying saying he was gone . i broke down in tears . i couldn't handle the every thing that was going on that day . i try’d my best in school Evan tho allot was happening in my life .i find away to stay strong and did the right thing .i was the type of person that didn't care about school or anything else i did .until i got to the funeral it was the worst i honestly hate to see him like that in the casket . ever since that day all i wanted to do is make him happy and proud . by going to college and bettering my self is goanna make him happy and proud.

i am a great person and i am hard work i love my sport very much and i love what i do to be successful in life, i would like to see myself in 5year doing something good in life like bring smile to young faces when they see me out on the football field and coming to the games and being a role model to kids at the game i am in college, off the field i would like to let them know you have to work hard in school with your grades and going to some high school to tell players don’t lose hope in the game if love it you don’t have to work a day of life, if you love football or others sports,so when you pick the right college for you,GO work hard and never give up live ya dream and have fun doing it,but if you have big plans for college and make it to the NFL you have motivation to push your self and really work hard to in press the coach in the NFL to see if they want you on there team

im a good person usually when not irritated i like my sport i do a street sport in bmx.i hope to become succesfull in life even without goin to college.i go to C.C.T.S and in the shop building maintenence.when i graduate i want to finish my goal and get into the national guard.ive been talking to recruiters and disgusing this for some time now. i also plan to get a better job then te courier post and make enough money to get my own place and to get started in life.ive taking risks biking or with the choices ive made before and there outcome has ussualy ended pretty well besides taking a few hard slams in bmx.
