When I think of human nature, I think of the things that humans do naturally. I feel as though the things we do determine who we are. If you murder people, you’re a murderer that’s who you are. Human nature is something that can not be changed. It’s just the way things are, and a way of life. However, Macbeth wouldn’t be considered a murderer per say because he feels guilty, and he wasn’t initially going to kill the poor guy until he woke up. Sometime, as humans we react to things and feel bad for them later. I’m pretty sure half the people in jail didn’t intentionally mean to do what they did, but human nature is something we can’t help. So it can be both, it can be the way we act, or the things we do. Matter of fact, it’s actually both combined into one that makes up our human nature. People have choices. You can choose to do the wrong thing, or you can choose to do the right thing, and I feel as though that makes up who you are. It makes people look at you with a label, but you do the things to get you that title. So, in other words human nature can be a mixture of both, its not just one thing that make up human nature. Just like if you do one thing that doesn’t make up who you are, but if you continue you to do it, like murder people. You become title as a murderer.
