Announcing The Dry Season

so in this text the title is announcing the dry season. You may ask your self why did they put this title for this text. But really the text talkes about this big wind that blows up from the plains and they call it the loo. Now the reason why they call it the loo is because ever time the wind blow it made a sound that went like loooooooooooo so thats why they call it the loo. So they discribes how the wind is hot and it pickes up dirt in to the air.
