HSPA

I don’t think HSAP is as hard as people say it is. I think that if we put some effort into it, we’ll pass it. We just need to study and focus, like any other test. I also think that the reason some kids don’t pass is because they feel like it’s no big deal. They don’t have enough incentive. Not having to retake it in the fall isn’t enough anymore. So maybe the school should offer new incentives, like a scholarship for the student with the highest score or scholarships for students who get advanced proficient scores. Maybe, give prizes to students who pass or get good scores. They could vote, by holding a poll to see what prizes students would like to receive as encouragement to pass their HSAP. They could also request letters from students, saying what they would like the prizes to be. I think that these things will encourage student to pass, and therefore improve our scores as a school.

My HSPA exam

The HSPA exam is one of my hardest task I ever have to face in my life because the math section is like an monster that I just cant defeat. Everytime it comes to the the real HSPA exam I’m break down and never be prepare even though I only have tooken it twice but it felt like I took it amillion times . what I don’t understand is how do they expect us to prepare for it if we don’t have no idea whats going to be on the test and then if the students fail they blame it on the teacher after they tried their best to help us pass and begin to fire great teachers. But I realize that the HSPA is an unnecessary test we take to test are Reading and Math ability but yet it still doesn’t obtain to the government mind that most students are poor test takers and still students are able to understand the work and shouldn’t get held back because of an unnescessary test.

HSPA

For the last three days i been taking the HSPA parts english and math the problem i have with the english part is the storys they are to long and we dont have enough time to read along story and do multiple choice question and write a three paragraph essay. I think thats why schools test grade are going down kids down have time and they are trying thier best to finish but they cant cause the story to long to read and you need the story to get the questions right. Thats why the kids fail the test and have to take it again they should short the story so the kids have time to do the questions and the essay and they would pass then the school test grades will go up and the school wont have to worry about the state coming in and taking over the school.

The day that i took HSPA man that was crazy some problem was hard but i got the hang of , but the hardest part was the math o my god this math came out of no were, like some of it was hard like cant really find the anwser out but the other was easly becaues i know how to write a story anytime or just come up with anything so this HSPA was really a good test i hope i pass it

Well for the last three day I was in HSPA and let me say that the HSPA was kind of hard but it was ok. I think? But there was one section that was to long and boring. Then when I finish that section I thought to my self they ccould of made it more funnyer.they could of put there a joke or some more intersting. But thats just my opinion!

I just wana talk about the HSPA and the tutering. i thoult that i would had done better if i had a better tutering teacher.I went on with it and tested i dont think i did so bad but i did think that it was a hard test. even dou it was hrad i under stood the reading and i realy enjoyed it. The hardest part for me i think for me was the math part. The language i had to read the storys more then one couse i wasent understaning it but it was fun.

I hate the hspa. The test makes me so tired and its so annoying at times. i rather watch football for 24 hours straight then take the hspa a day. Its allot of work to so i moistly do anything besides the hspa because its boring and to much work. all u do is sit in a room all day for 3 days and when ur done u just sit there silent bored out of ur mind till everybody else is done. if i was the school i would offer kids prizes for doing the hspa. i think stundents would do better and focus better and more will pass. The test is just so dum we need to make it funnier. i say you offer a car and whoever gets the highest score gets the car. i think everybody would try there best then and whoever in the top ten highest score offer the seniors a paid senior trip.
